What you'll do

• Manage weekly payroll processing, reconcile payroll before submission, validate reports, and assist with wage attachments and tax payments. Apply federal, state, and local tax rules
• reconcile time entries to job-cost timecards
• maintain payroll records
• and assist with year-end and regulatory reporting, including W-2s, 941s, 1095s, and 1099s. Support benefits enrollments, employee changes and terminations, and open enrollment
• respond to questions and investigate discrepancies.
