IT & Facilities Support Specialist

The IT & Facilities Support Specialist works onsite in Saranac Lake, NY, for $24.04–$27.88 per hour ($50,000–$58,000 annualized). The role reports to the Director of Information Systems and supports employees across North Country Home Services. The specialist provides day-to-day technical assistance and coordinates routine facilities needs so employees can use reliable technology and workspaces. The position also helps address recurring technology issues and supports compliance awareness for HIPAA, cybersecurity, and other applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support in person, by phone, email, or ticketing process
• install, configure, update, maintain, inventory, troubleshoot, and resolve common equipment issues
• assist with Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
• coordinate technology vendors and service providers
• maintain awareness of HIPAA and cybersecurity requirements
• identify recurring problems and recommend improvements
• coordinate building maintenance requests and repairs
• work with contractors, vendors, and landlords
• travel between organizational facilities.
