What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite safety resource for project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors
• conduct daily jobsite inspections, safety audits, and field observations
• identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and verify resolution
• coach and engage employees to promote safety
• lead and support PTPs, JSAs, permit programs, and incident investigations
• facilitate orientations, toolbox talks, and task-specific training
• ensure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and project requirements
• support high-risk work activities
• maintain safety reports, inspection and incident documentation, and project metrics
• partner with leadership on continuous improvement.
