What you'll do

• Provide recovery coaching and regular client contact
• make reminder and outreach calls
• transport clients when approved
• attend sober support meetings and activities with clients
• make limited supervisor-approved home visits
• provide case management referrals
• support groups and treatment activities
• maintain case notes and required reports
• assist with drug testing if needed.
