The Principal UX Designer, Design Operations is a hybrid role based near Relias’ Morrisville, NC headquarters; the position requires living in North Carolina within commuting distance and working onsite about 30 days per quarter. What you'll do

• Standardize UX processes, templates, and operating models
• integrate UX into product discovery, planning, and delivery
• identify process bottlenecks
• coordinate research and standardize artifacts
• use data to evaluate UX effectiveness and recommend improvements
• align UX, Product, and Engineering
• define and report KPIs
• optimize product tools, dashboards, and documentation
• own the UX design system and design patterns
• coordinate UX vendors and budgets
• partner with Product and UX to embed AI in workflows
• serve as an accessibility subject matter expert.
