What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate clinical operations and therapy services
• oversee quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides
• review service requests and patient eligibility
• coordinate referrals and admissions
• oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification
• review staff documentation
• support care planning and revisions
• assist with staff training
• participate in on-call responsibilities and concern resolution. May provide direct patient care infrequently in emergencies.
