What you'll do

• Process warranty claims and paperwork
• verify factory or distributor criteria
• reconcile warranty receivables and payments
• post credits
• resubmit rejected claims or obtain authorization to write them off
• follow up on outstanding payments
• track warranty parts and arrange shipment or disposal
• maintain service records
• monitor recalls and bulletins
• assist with body shop claims, cashier and telephone duties, and other clerical needs as directed.
