International Tax Director

What you'll do

• Lead international tax engagements for multinational businesses, privately held companies, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
• advise on cross-border planning, structures, transactions, and compliance
• oversee U.S. tax returns with cross-border implications and information reporting
• research international tax matters
• monitor tax-law changes
• coordinate with domestic teams and foreign advisors
• review returns and workpapers
• manage budgets, timelines, staffing, and client expectations
• mentor professionals
• support recruiting
• and develop client relationships and business.
