Maintenance Technician I — Gateway at the Greene

What you'll do

• Prepare recently vacated apartments for re-occupancy
• inspect units and create quality-control punch lists
• clean units and maintain facility grounds
• change bulbs and locks
• assist with appliance installation, painting, caulking, and minor drywall repair
• assist with routine electrical, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning maintenance
• maintain make-ready inventory and work-status records
• support resident relations and maintenance-shop safety.
