Overnight Caregiver

Job overview

The Overnight Caregiver position is onsite in Franklin, TN, with overnight shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.; pay is $17–$18+ per hour, plus bonuses. SYNERGY HomeCare provides one-on-one care to aging adults and individuals with disabilities in the Franklin community. The caregiver supports client safety, dignity, and comfort overnight while assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and repositioning. The role also provides overnight supervision and a calm, compassionate presence for clients and families.
