What you'll do

• Lead equipment support operations for an assigned region
• serve as the escalation point for equipment issues, service coordination, and replacement planning
• maintain service standards, workflows, warranties, preventive maintenance schedules, and renewals
• review repair history and lifecycle data
• advise on repairs, replacements, budgets, quotes, and purchases
• manage vendors and service providers
• troubleshoot and triage equipment issues
• collaborate on expansions, remodels, relocations, and new-office projects
• monitor inventory and forecast replacement and capital needs
• track KPIs and maintain updates in Monday.com and Microsoft Teams
• participate in meetings and develop scalable department systems and documentation.
