What you'll do

• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment
• sweep and mop floors
• wash food-preparation surfaces and equipment
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and equipment
• assist with banquet and front-of-house setup
• load, unload, and deliver supplies
• distribute utensils and portable equipment
• and follow sanitation and safety requirements.
