What you'll do

• Follow care plans and provide direct resident care
• assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, mobility, and transportation to activities
• observe and report changes to nurses
• record vital signs and activities of daily living
• follow infection-control precautions
• answer call lights and conduct rounds
• comply with applicable regulations and company procedures.
