What you'll do

• Enter and check orders for complete job specifications
• coordinate quote alterations with Customer Service and Estimating
• relay questions to customers
• make feasible changes to jobs in process
• allocate time and materials
• check inventory availability with Purchasing
• schedule orders and update the production schedule in Excel.
