What you'll do

• Perform customer transactions accurately
• coach frontline staff on service and procedures

• oversee vault, teller drawer, and applicable ATM cash operations
• balance cash and reconcile discrepancies
• manage Federal Reserve cash shipments and orders
• enforce cash controls and security protocols
• monitor suspicious activity
• prepare reports and support audits.
