Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Renton, WA, and pays $23–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare apartments for occupancy
• respond to service requests and assigned work orders
• perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, pool, carpentry, and painting maintenance as applicable
• maintain tools and supplies
• report repairs
• use work-order software
• follow emergency procedures and community standards
• monitor property risks and complete safety-related tasks.
