The position offers a competitive salary guarantee and a 1:3 call schedule for a Level III Trauma Center. The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care to patients in Sterling and surrounding Eastern Plains communities. The surgeon will contribute to the growth of the orthopedic program, enhance patient outcomes through advanced technology, and serve as a key member of the surgical team at Sterling Regional Medical Center.

What you'll do

• Perform general orthopedic surgeries, including total knee and hip replacements using robotic assistance.
• Manage orthopedic trauma cases.
• Provide sports medicine and general orthopedic consultations.
• Participate in call rotation.
• Conduct outreach to surrounding communities.
