Memory Care Director

Pines of Newmarket is a Montessori-inspired memory care community serving people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The director oversees resident services, team leadership, and department administration to support personalized care, resident dignity, and independence. The role evaluates resident needs, coordinates care and communication with families and clinicians, develops staff, and maintains regulatory and budgetary compliance.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement resident services
• evaluate incoming and current residents and document services
• support move-ins and community orientation
• provide direct care as needed
• monitor and report changes in resident health or behavior
• communicate with families, physicians, and pharmacists
• protect resident rights and ensure assisted-living compliance
• coach, train, schedule, and evaluate team members
• and maintain department records, reports, audits, and budget coordination.
