What you'll do

• Work across opening, mid-day, and closing shifts
• lead restaurant operations hands-on, including food preparation, cleanliness, and guest service
• manage P&L, food costs, inventory, invoices, waste, and labor efficiency
• oversee inventory and supply flow
• recruit, train, and retain hourly team members through feedback and coaching
• uphold brand, food-safety, and service standards.
