Collections / Customer Service Specialist — Fitness Club

Job overview

The Collections / Customer Service Specialist role is onsite in Puerto Rico. Compensation is $11 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage overdue accounts and follow up on payment promises
• contact customers by phone and written communication
• offer alternatives to keep memberships active
• handle account discrepancies, adjustments, and refunds when applicable
• record account activity in the system
• coordinate account matters with the club manager
• provide service focused on solutions and retention.
