What you'll do

• Lead lot operations and transportation
• schedule lane personnel and drivers
• verify lane starts and safe vehicle flow
• oversee vehicle registration, lot reports, and equipment inventory
• manage resources and utilization
• resolve customer issues
• maintain site standards and coordinate repairs
• oversee reconditioning where applicable
• monitor policies, performance, staffing, and safety
• train and coach direct reports
• communicate expectations and coordinate process improvements.
