Accounts Payable Analyst

What you'll do

• Process, review, investigate, and resolve accounts payable invoice issues
• monitor aging and follow up on outstanding items
• respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• maintain vendor records
• reconcile accounts payable balances and investigate discrepancies
• prepare and manage GRIR reporting and aged balances
• support vendor payments and month-end and year-end close
• perform other assigned accounting and administrative duties.
