What you'll do

• Provide responsive support for hardware and information needs to customers and Saab colleagues.
• Maintain inventory and related records.
• Coordinate vendor repairs for parts and equipment.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding support status and repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless, professional support to our customers.
• Receive, process, ship, and control inventory of Saab-owned and Government or Customer-owned parts and equipment.
• Replenish inventory through Saab purchasing systems.
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, parts processing, financial transactions, and repair status.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
• Establish and manage depot operations at new locations.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma required; BA/BS in a technical discipline preferred.

Experience

Strong military, federal, or defense contractor experience in logistics, property accountability, depot operations, and maintenance support required.
