The specialist serves as a liaison among the clinical team, New Hampshire DCYF, parents, caregivers, and service providers, coordinating treatment services and program documentation. The role supports treatment-plan implementation, progress review, and quality and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Coordinate communication among the clinical team, clients, families, and collateral providers
• conduct an initial meeting within 10 calendar days of case opening
• document according to New Hampshire regulations
• meet with treatment teams and caregivers at least every 30 days to review progress and treatment plans
• maintain accurate, compliant clinical records
• respond to family concerns
• participate in clinical and other assigned meetings.
