What you'll do

• Provide daily care for animals receiving medical treatment
• assist with restraint, treatments, radiography, preventive care, and diagnostic testing
• administer and dispense medications according to treatment plans
• document treatments and diagnoses in shelter software
• clean, organize, and stock medical work areas and surgical equipment
• follow PPE and sanitation procedures
• educate pet owners on responsible ownership and medical care
• help maintain a safe and efficient veterinary environment.
