What you'll do

• Provide instruments and materials during exams and procedures
• assist with dental and medical emergencies according to OSHA and office procedures
• assist chairside during nitrous oxide administration
• instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control
• take preliminary impressions
• clean and polish removable appliances
• record medical and dental histories, vital signs, and treatment information
• and expose diagnostic dental X-rays.
