This role exists to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, facilitating groups and fostering client engagement to improve mental health outcomes.

What you'll do

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks.
• Meet with supervisor monthly.
• Respond to communications promptly.
• Review curriculum before group.
• Facilitate groups for the entirety of the hour, following best practices and curriculum.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on culture.
• Follow operational policies.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision.
• Work collaboratively with the care team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ensure treatment documentation is completed within 24 hours.
• Maintain professional ethics and boundaries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Master's Degree

Experience

Master's degree in mental health or related field; experience working with youth and young adults; skilled in conducting group treatment.
