Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite in West Richland, WA, paying $28–$30 per hour. The position supports Allied Residential’s community property operations and resident experience. What you'll do

• Support community operations
• show apartments and explain lease terms and amenities
• provide information about local services and transportation
• process leases, deposits, and rental payments
• respond to resident concerns
• inspect vacant units for repair and maintenance needs
• manage community issues when the Community Manager is absent
• attend meetings and training
• supervise community employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
