What you'll do

• Greet guests and visitors from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• answer calls within three rings and provide accurate information
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• assist resident assistants in the dining room as needed
• take meal orders and relay requests to the kitchen
• sort and deliver mail and packages
• check outside doors hourly and secure doors at the assigned time
• perform clerical duties
• help scheduled activities run smoothly on weekends and evenings
• keep the front desk and lobby neat
• communicate census and other updates to the Administrative Assistant.
