What you'll do

• Complete training and evaluations
• manage department operations and meet company standards
• work with store management on promotions and sales targets
• maintain product displays, freshness, and stocked shelves
• order products based on inventory, promotions, and delivery schedules
• receive and inspect poultry shipments
• manage FIFO inventory rotation and physical counts
• schedule employees and manage attendance
• coach, train, mentor, and review performance
• maintain a safe and clean workplace.
