What you'll do

• Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs under the Director of Nursing
• monitor, track, and prevent infection
• serve as primary staff developer and educator
• make rounds to check nursing staff duties and redirect as needed
• maintain organized, clean, and stocked nursing stations
• participate in developing and implementing resident-specific care plans. Requires a current Washington RN license without enforcement action.
