Skin Care Educator

What you'll do

• Present and demonstrate technical education in accordance with Aveda Institute standards
• evaluate students’ technical performance and develop coaching plans
• oversee and coach students in facials, skincare, waxing, makeup, and nails
• teach guest service delivery and professional behaviors
• monitor student performance against productivity benchmarks
• collaborate on student records, retention, and success
• participate in campus training, development, and special events
• maintain classroom cleanliness and visual presentation.
