What you'll do

• Provide primary skin care and treatment for residents under medical direction and supervision
• confer with nursing leadership about dermatologic conditions
• consult with the Care Planning Team on assessments and treatment plans
• initiate consultation or referral requests
• review resident records and identify findings requiring physician evaluation
• complete medical forms, reports, evaluations and charting
• communicate care recommendations to physicians and families as appropriate.
