What you'll do

• Manage engineering staffing, priorities, schedules, and workloads
• oversee customer projects for new product introduction and continuous improvement
• maintain NPI procedures, checklists, and training
• manage customer expectations and technical resources
• develop processes and procedures with R&D
• recommend facility and equipment improvements
• manage engineering activities for product introductions, capital projects, and facility construction
• track project schedules and milestones
• coordinate with purchasing, commercial, operations, engineering, and customer service
• direct product improvement and manufacturing test procedures
• ensure safety standards and Copy Exact practices
• appraise employee performance.
