The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – PRN Shifts role is onsite around Hays, KS, and surrounding communities. CNA shifts pay up to $23.25 per hour; CMA shifts pay up to $24.50 per hour. Cascade Health Services connects workers with available shifts, primarily in long-term care and skilled nursing settings. The role provides direct care and support to residents, assists nursing staff, and, for qualified CMA shifts, administers medication. Flexible PRN shifts are accessed through the company’s mobile staffing marketplace, with workers expected to be comfortable working in different facilities.

What you'll do

• Perform typical CNA and CMA duties in long-term care and skilled nursing settings, including activities of daily living, transfers, vital signs, documentation, and support for nursing staff. Medication administration applies to qualified CMA shifts. Maintain active Kansas CNA certification
• active Kansas CMA certification is required for medication aide shifts. Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it is required.
