Supply Reliability Engineer

The Supply Reliability Engineer position is onsite in El Segundo, CA. Compensation is $100,500–$142,800 per year. Radiant is developing portable nuclear microreactors intended to provide reliable power to critical sites. The engineer builds and maintains supplier qualification, quality, and reliability systems so parts meet requirements before reaching production. The role works across suppliers and internal engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams to prevent quality issues and address nonconformances when they occur.

What you'll do

• Own supplier qualification and onboarding, including assessments, capability reviews, audits, and approval
• develop supplier quality documentation
• create and track supplier capability improvement plans
• establish procurement assurance and acceptance requirements
• audit suppliers and manage performance
• coordinate quality requirements with design engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams
• process supplier deviations, nonconformance reports, corrective action requests, root-cause analysis, and effectiveness verification.
