What you'll do

• Greet patients and answer questions or concerns
• assist with lobby check-ins using a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet
• maintain the waiting area
• cover breaks in the draw room when other phlebotomists are unavailable
• perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established practices
• maintain records and documentation
• provide accurate, confidential patient service.
