What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• carry out site security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the business perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to post orders and escalation procedures
• prepare activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications
• use a computer or tablet to document observations.
