Job overview

The Leasing Professional role is onsite in Germantown, MD. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour plus monthly commission. The role guides prospective residents through the leasing and move-in process and provides service to current residents.

What you'll do

• Answer inquiries and follow up with prospective and current residents
• conduct community and apartment tours
• prepare apartments for showings
• market and lease apartments
• document prospect activity in compliance with Fair Housing Laws
• process and verify rental applications
• prepare move-in packets
• monitor competitive properties
• support resident retention
• follow up on renewals and tenant delinquency
• provide customer service to residents.

Why this role
