The Operations Field Manager - Restoration - Monroeville is an onsite role based in Monroeville, NJ. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 per year plus performance bonuses. This role supports the mitigation operations team at Northeast Power Dry. This leadership role exists to oversee mitigation operations, ensuring quality workmanship and exceptional customer service during property damage restoration projects. The manager leads, coaches, and develops field teams while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership when needed
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other department leaders to coordinate staffing, equipment, and project resources
• Oversee inventory management and ensure equipment is properly maintained and available
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and industry best practices
• Provide operational support during emergency situations, including after-hours response when needed
• Monitor job costing, resource allocation, and operational performance.
