Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist role is onsite in Marlton, NJ, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $70,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports ABHS’s workplace compliance and employee relations practices.

• Receive and document employee concerns
• conduct impartial workplace investigations
• interview relevant parties and review evidence
• prepare investigation summaries
• advise managers on performance and corrective action
• track cases and trends
• support manager training and HR initiatives
• and maintain confidentiality.
