What you'll do

• Clean and restore recently vacated apartments
• maintain facility, grounds, common areas, and vacant units
• change bulbs and locks
• assist with appliance installation, painting, caulking, and minor drywall repair
• inspect vacant units and create punch lists
• perform quality checks on systems, appliances, and finishes
• assist with routine maintenance and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and appliances
• travel as required, generally for commitments of one to three days, which may occur weekly.
