Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including repairs to fixtures and appliances
• turn over vacant units
• maintain property grounds and amenity areas
• perform preventative maintenance and general carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs
• record work orders, daily logs, and on-call sheets
• serve on the rotating after-hours on-call team
• complete resident work order requests.
