What you'll do

• Oversee nursing staffing, scheduling, labor costs, clinical care, and quality assurance
• ensure nursing services meet company policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical standards
• coordinate patient care with pharmacy staff and outside nursing agencies
• oversee nursing staff hiring, development, education, appraisal, supervision, and discipline
• provide safe infusion care, patient education, monitoring, planning, and coordination
• oversee the on-call schedule and 24/7 nursing availability
• and support sales and referral-source education. Regional travel is required as needed.
