What you'll do

• Partner with clients on recruitment strategies
• source resumes for engineering, IT, and professional roles
• connect with applicants and build candidate pipelines
• attend college and community networking events
• recruit, interview, and submit qualified candidates
• build client and candidate relationships through follow-up
• write job descriptions and post ads
• negotiate and present offers and initiate pre-employment processes
• provide HR management support for contract employees as needed.
