Justice Liaison

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary liaison with courts, probation, parole, specialty courts, and diversion programs
• communicate about referrals, participant progress, compliance, and program requirements
• support clients in understanding and meeting conditions
• coordinate with clinical, case management, and peer support teams
• assist with intake and referrals
• document interactions
• participate in team meetings and outreach
• maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
