What you'll do

• Teach, lead, and mentor cross-functional groups in Agile values, SAFe, and Scrum
• coach teams on sprint planning, user story mapping, estimation, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
• monitor Agile project metrics and help teams address problem areas
• provide structured and ad hoc training
• develop coaching and training materials
• coach multiple Agile development teams and large-scale programs
• prepare communications and presentations
• facilitate working sessions and conflict resolution
• support product framing, business KPIs, product vision, and user story mapping
• promote risk management and continuous improvement.
