Collision Center Estimator

Job overview

The Collision Center Estimator role is onsite in Concord, NH, with annual pay of $50,000–$95,000. Banks Collision Center seeks to provide customers with a high-quality service experience throughout vehicle repairs. The estimator prepares collision repair estimates and coordinates communication among customers, insurance partners, and internal teams from vehicle drop-off through delivery. Accurate repair plans, estimates, and schedules help move repairs forward in line with company and insurance guidelines.

What you'll do

• Participate in developing repair plans
• prepare estimates according to insurance partner and company guidelines
• maintain and execute repair schedules
• communicate written supplements to customers and insurers on the same business day
• consult management about industry procedures and equipment
• coordinate customer and insurance communications throughout repairs.

Why this role
