Proposal Manager

What you'll do

• Manage proposal writing, editing, compliance checks, production, and submission
• coordinate capture managers, subject matter experts, writers, and designers
• develop schedules, compliance matrices, win strategies, and themes
• lead kickoff meetings, color team reviews, and status calls
• write and refine proposal sections
• ensure compliance with solicitation instructions
• maintain proposal documents and artifacts
• conduct post-submission reviews and identify process improvements.

Why this role

Requires 2–5 years managing federal proposal processes and working knowledge of federal procurement. APMP or Shipley training is desired; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience may be considered.
