Fitness Professional — Stretch Therapy

The Fitness Professional — Stretch Therapy role is onsite in Franklin, TN, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. StretchLab offers one-on-one assisted stretching and guided group stretching classes. The role delivers individualized stretching sessions and helps clients pursue their mobility and flexibility goals. Flexologists tailor sessions to client needs, document each session to support continuity of care, maintain safe practices and equipment, and contribute to client relationships and studio events.

What you'll do

• Deliver 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• motivate clients and customize sessions
• build and retain clientele
• document each session
• complete Flexologist education
• follow safety policies and techniques
• attend staff meetings and educational presentations
• address member concerns
• assist with events and sales as needed
• clean and maintain equipment.

Why this role

Requires a relevant background such as licensed massage therapist, certified athletic trainer, personal trainer or sports coach, licensed physical therapist or PT aide, or certified Pilates, yoga, or dance instructor. Fitness certification and at least two years of fitness or health experience providing hands-on client training are required. Weekend availability is listed; Flexologist training includes 20 hours of online tutorials and two days of in-person training.
